Personal information is information that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, landline, and cellphone numbers. The reasons why we collect your personal data is to enhance and improve your customer experience, determine and develop products to meet your preferences and needs, process information only for analytical, statistical and research purposes only to create anonymous and aggregate reports. We comply with the requirements of the law and legal processes, such as a legal and regulatory obligation, i.e. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), for safety/order and public security.

We collect your personal data through the forms that are filled out which can either be printed or online or data input through web and mobile applications. The collection of your personal data rely to the fullest extent possible on the original source.

To comply with legal and regulatory mandates, we may need to submit your personal data to appropriate government agencies and also disclose it to our Partners, Affiliates and/or Contracted Third-Party Service Providers for processing, research, marketing, and other specified legitimate purpose only. To access or correct your personal data is to request for access or correction to your personal data unless there are practical, contractual and legal reasons that would prevent us from doing.
